La Peetch is an intimate monthly prix fixe private dinner for eight guests,
centered around the heart of our store: the butcher’s block. It is inspired by
Julia and Paul Child who hosted many small parties at their Provencal cottage,
La Pitchoune, for an acclaimed crowd, including James Beard and MFK Fisher.
We endeavor to recreate that same communal, cozy dinner with the La Peetch series.
Monthly Meat Share: APRIL
Join our monthly meat share and enjoy three weeks of meat! To utilize the whole animal, you will take home not only fresh meat, but stocks/fats/charcuterie all made in house at Savenor's.
Our April meat share is local lamb from North Star Sheep Farm in Windham, Maine. We will host a breakdown demo on Saturday, April 4th / 2PM with share pickups following the event.
